Plans are being put in place for the 15th annual Corner Brook Kinsmen Club Christmas Parade, which will take place December 5th. On Bayfm, Kin Keith Hobbs says it starts from the Sir Richard Squires building at 4 p.m. Each year, the parade is given a theme and Hobbs spoke about this year’s theme, which is a “Good Ol’ Newfie Christmas.”
Meanwhile, the Kinsmen do up about 5,000 small bags of candy to hand out to kids along the way. Hobbs says if anyone has leftover Halloween treats, they’ll take them off your hands. They can be dropped off here at Bayfm, Rideout Tool, and Phonetech.
