  Inspector Amy Sharpe  says this  two-member team is specially trained to investigate serious traffic-related offences. This includes dangerous and impaired driving, multi-vehicle collisions, and breaches of the Highway Traffic Act.

• Western Regional Waste Management gets big uptake in people using new app for sorting trash

  Western Regional Waste Management’s outreach coordinator Lynn Howse says ione inquiry over the past week was what to do with take away containers so if they’re contaminated in any way they go in the garbage, and pizza boxes, other than those from the grocery stores, should also be trashed.

• Integrated Youth Services Hub opening next year in Corner Brook, will be operated out of Vine Place Community centre

  Mike Kearley is the Executive Director, Vine Place Community Centre. He says this is “an incredible opportunity to bring that belief to life in a new way — creating a safe, welcoming space where youth in Corner Brook and surrounding communities can find the support they need.”
