• Corner Brook replies to public concerns about a water main repair and recent illnesses

  After a repair on December 27th,  and on January 3rd, the city got an anonymous call concerned about the repairs and recent illnesses in the community. 

• Bay St. George RCMP looking into theft of trailer from Middle Barachois River

  The trailer is a 19-foot enclosed trailer, with a three-foot extension on the back, plywood sides and tarps covering the roof. It has an Alberta licence plate (6PE0-20). 

• Applications being accepted for well paying, short term, census jobs to start in March

  Supervisors get paid over $31 an hour and others make close to $26 as an hourly wage.

• RNC looking for suspect involved in a theft at Corner Brook

  Anyone with information is asked to call the RNC at 709-637-4100

• RCMP looking into break, enter and theft in Little Bonne Bay Pond

  An outside shed was broken into and a Champion 3000w gas generator, a Red Lion water pump and an auger (post hole digger) has been stolen.
