Town of Deer Lake is taking comments on the proposed development of row houses on Trailer Court Road

    It would include two 7-unit and one 6-unit rowhouse on about 1.1 hectares of vacant land. Zoning would have to change from Commercial General and Residential Mini-Home to Residential High Density, and the maximum permitted  size of a rowhouse would increase from four to eight units.

    People in the Town of Deer Lake have until August 10th to comment on a proposed row house development on the west side of Trailer Court Road. It would include two 7-unit and one 6-unit rowhouse on about 1.1 hectares of vacant land. Zoning would have to change from Commercial General and Residential Mini-Home to Residential High Density, and the maximum permitted  size of a rowhouse would increase from four to eight units.
