RCMP have charged a 40 year old man with multiple offences after a traffic stop near Grand Falls-Windsor. Police say Martin Racine was arrested on Sunday just before 8 p.m. RCMP found a quantity of cash and approximately 350 cartons of contraband tobacco. A vehicle was also seized.
