Deschenes worked in this province for a short time and was heavily involved in the implementation of the move over law in New Brunswick, which is now referred to as “Frank’s Law.” RCMP NL will conduct targeted enforcement of the move over law during traffic stops on the Trans-Canada Highway tomorrow.
