For a second time in less than a week, the vehicle he was driving was seized and impounded by police for a period of 30 days, and he was issued an additional licence suspension.
St. Anthony RCMP seized a vehicle from a 49-year-old man during a traffic stop on Thursday morning. It was the second vehicle seized from the same driver this week for operating without a valid licence or insurance policy.
Shortly before 10:00a.am. on July 23, police in St.Anthony responded to a report of a driver suspected of operating without a valid driver's licence. When police located the described vehicle, they confirmed that the driver's out-of-province licence was suspended, and that the car was not registered or properly insured. In addition, the driver was known to police. as officers had stopped him earlier in the week for the same offences and impounded the car he was driving at the time,
