High school students in NL are invited to an open house at all 19 Employment Centres today

    There are employment centres in Corner Brook on Unions Street and Stephenville on Carolina Avenue. Today's event gets underway from 3:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m.

    This month’s theme is Assisting Students and Preparing Youth for Employment. Students will have the opportunity to explore services available to support their career goals. This includes resume development, interview preparation, jJob searching and networking, volunteerism, summer job opportunities  and youth entrepreneurship support. The event will feature a guided tour, interactive activities, a presentation on available services and complimentary food and drink. There are employment centres in Corner Brook on Unions Street and Stephenville on Carolina Avenue. For more information call  1-800-563-6600.
