Theatre Newfoundland and Labrador is set to receive nearly $66K and Rob Clarke Motorsports, an adventure tourism company serving the North-Central and Western portion of Newfoundland will get a little more than $86K.
Industry Minister Andrew Parsons has announced just over $340K for 6 small and medium sized businesses to increase their product marketing. Among them, Theatre Newfoundland and Labrador is set to receive nearly $66K and Rob Clarke Motorsports, an adventure tourism company serving the North-Central and Western portion of Newfoundland will get a little more than $86K. Parsons says these investments are more important than ever.
Elsewhere, 7 Fathoms Skin Care Ltd manufactures seaweed-based skin care products and will receive over $15K. GFI Composites Ltd. provides fiberglass solutions for industrial and residential customers and will get $50K. Parsons says it’s not just about exporting products from NL, but also about enticing people to want to visit NL.
This funding will also be used to develop relationships with hydrogen developers and adapt protocols to respond to potential demand in the wind-hydrogen production industry.
