A 53-year-old woman is dead after an overnight moose-vehicle collision near the Chapel Arm exit

    Just before 2:45 this morning, police were called to the area where the woman was pronounced dead at the scene.

    A 53-year-old woman is dead after a moose-vehicle collision that happened overnight on the TCH near the Chapel Arm exit. Just before 2:45 this morning, police were called to the area where the woman was pronounced dead at the scene.

    A Collision Reconstructionist with RCMP Traffic Services attended to assist with the investigation, and the highway was closed for several hours.
