    14th annual Corner Brook Kinsmen Charity Golf Tournament is next weekend, still time to enter a team

    The 14th Golf Tournament will take place June 27th at Blomidon Golf and Country Club with a shotgun start at 9 a.m.

    For the past 13 years, the annual Corner Brook Kinsmen Charity Golf Tournament has raised $75K and there’s still time to enter a team for the next one. The 14th Golf Tournament will take place June 27th at Blomidon Golf and Country Club with a shotgun start at 9 a.m. Kin Steve Churchill says all the money raised stays in the Corner Brook and Bay of Islands area. So far, 26 teams have registered and Churchill says there’s room for four more teams.

    There will be four Hole in One prizes, one being a hot tub, games throughout the course,  a barbecue, finger foods, a silent auction, and a drink cart. Bay of Islands Volunteer Search and Rescue have been a part of this event since the start and will also be there next weekend.
