The video shows culverts passing under the highway in Cape St. George wash away due to high water levels.

Residents of Cape St. George are contending with heavy flood waters that have now entirely washed away a section of highway at Rouzes’ Brook, as of about 6:00 p.m. Friday.

The dramatic video, taken by Lori Benoit Jesso, shows the moment the large culverts let go. She says while nobody was hurt, they are shaken up.
