  Deer Lake Power has also advised that it may initiate a controlled release of water at the Main Dam which may increase the water levels in the Lower Humber.

  At this week’s public meeting, Councillor Donna Wheeler spoke about amendments that include a quarterly payment option which will reduce the financial burden of upfront payments for servicing-related costs.
