    The annual Corner Brook Bay of Islands Pride Parade is tomorrow with a celebration at the Majestic Lawn

    Meanwhile, a road closure will be in place for the Corner Brook Bay of Islands Pride Parade beginning at 1:00pm tomorrow.

    June is Pride Month and everyone is invited to the annual Pride Parade tomorrow which starts at noon from the Majestic Lawn. The Corner Brook Bay of Islands Pride group hosted events throughout the month including a craft fair at Grenfell Campus and button making at the Corner Brook Women’s Centre. The group’s Quinn Jesso, says the craft fair is always her favourite, where people have come out of their shell with their art. 

    There will be events at the Majestic Lawn until 4 p.m. tomorrow and Jesso provided some of the highlights with two drag queens as the parade marshalls, DJ Mel with music, and Qalipu First Nation providing the barbecue. 

    Meanwhile, a road closure will be in place for the Corner Brook Bay of Islands Pride Parade beginning at 1:00pm tomorrow.
