Suspended driver caught in Deer Lake operating an ATV on Chapel Hill

    The machine was uninsured and the man was ticketed under the Highway Traffic Act for operating a vehicle while suspended and for operating an uninsured vehicle.

    A 62-year-old man who was suspended from driving was stopped by RCMP on Wednesday while operating an ATV in Deer Lake. Shortly after 2:00 p.m. on January 29th, an officer with RCMP Traffic Services West stopped the man driving an ATV on Chapel Hill. The machine was uninsured and the man was ticketed under the Highway Traffic Act for operating a vehicle while suspended and for operating an uninsured vehicle. The ATV was seized and impounded.
