    8-year-old boy riding an e-scooter was struck by a vehicle in Corner Brook on Wednesday

    Police say he received minor injuries and it happened at 11:15 a.m. when the vehicle was backing up.

    The RNC were called to Valleyview Drive in Corner Brook on Wednesday after an eight-year-old boy riding an e-scooter was struck by a vehicle. Police say he received minor injuries and it happened at 11:15 a.m. when the vehicle was backing up. A couple of hours later, RNC on the east coast were called to Mount Pearl where a 13-year-old boy was struck while riding his scooter across the roadway. Police say his injuries were minor.
