One person is dead after an early morning single-vehicle rollover in St. John’s. The RNC say it happened around 1:30 a.m. and the driver failed a roadside screening test. There were four people in the vehicle at the time and three others have been taken to hospital to be treated for what is believed to be non-life-threatening injuries. A criminal investigation is underway and the driver was issued a license suspension.
