  A roadside test was done and while the driver was found to be above the provincial limit he was below the criminal threshold to be charged for impaired driving.

  During a one hour period on Sunday,  three drivers ages 27, 33 and 36, all had their licences suspended following roadside screening in the early morning hours.

• 36-year-old Christopher Bourgeois facing charges after a disturbance at a home in Norris Point

  During the man’s arrest, he used his body to cause damage to the police vehicle and was taken to a nearby health centre for treatment of minor injuries.

  Dr. Daisy Baldwin is an assistant prof with MUN’s  Faculty of Nursing and says there are differences between heart disease and stroke but they are intertwined.
