53-year-old man loses vehicle and license after traffic stop in Stephenville last night

    A roadside test was done and while the driver was found to be above the provincial limit he was below the criminal threshold to be charged for impaired driving. 

    A 53-year-old man is without his vehicle and drivers license after being stopped by RCMP Traffic Services West last night. Police say at around 6:45 while patrolling Main Street in Stephenville they noticed a vehicle being driven in an aggressive manner. A roadside test was done and while the driver was found to be above the provincial limit he was below the criminal threshold to be charged for impaired driving.
