RBC Race for the Kids is a walk/run event held across communities in Newfoundland and Labrador, raising vital funds for mental health programs and services at the Janeway.
The RBC Race for the Kids launch event took place at the Janeway Play Garden last week and this virtual event raises funds for child and youth mental health in this province. This means all the funds raised stay here at home. Janessa Ward, is the Manager of Donor Engagement. She says the 5th annual RBC Race for the Kids is a walk/run event held across communities in Newfoundland and Labrador, raising vital funds for mental health programs and services at the Janeway. Ward says the walk at the Janeway will take place later this month but people can do their walk anytime throughout the month.
