Police confirm human remains found in Port aux Basques on Monday were those of missing Brian Lush

    His remains were located inside a truck owned by Lush, who had also parked a moving truck at the Petro Pass Truck Stop in Summerstown, near Cornwall last week.

    RCMP have confirmed human remains were found inside a tractor trailer unit parked in Port aux Basques on Monday. Cpl Jolene Garland says they are the remains of 51 year old Brian Lush, who was first reported missing in Ontario on April 24th. His remains were located inside a truck owned by Lush, who had also parked a moving truck at the Petro Pass Truck Stop in Summerstown, near Cornwall. He was heading back home to Newfoundland at the time. Meanwhile, the Ontario Provincial Police are investigating the missing persons case.
