A webinar will be hosted on Wednesday, May 1 from 7:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. NL time. The NatureTalks event, called “Outdoor Fun, No Damage Done,” will offer tips on the best ways to enjoy nature without damaging the places, ecosystems and species we love. Panelists will share ecofriendly recreation ideas and how to best plan outings, touch on the seven principles of leaving no trace, and answer audience questions such as: “Is it okay to toss my apple core into the bushes?” and “Can I let my dog off leash when I’m hiking?” People can register at www.natureconservancy.ca/naturetalks.
