Well known NL writer Helen Cleary-Escott is on a mission to teach writing classes at schools, libraries or other groups. She will host two different writing workshops this fall and winter, and is urging people to get in contact with her about it. Cleary-Escott is a former RCMP Media Relations officer who has penned “the Operation” series published by Flanker Press. She says these classes are geared towards teenagers and older adults. The “Art of Murder” course is perfect for high school students and the “Writing a Biography” course is for older adults who want to share their life story.
