Remembering Dr. Gary Graham at an event in Corner Brook today

    “Music Alone Shall Live: A Sing-A-Long Celebration” gets underway 1 p.m. at 110 Humber Road.

    The Graham Academy was founded in 2016 and is based upon the rich history of Dr. Gary Graham’s work here in Corner Brook. Offering new programs and opportunities each year, Graham Academy was established to support the legacy of musical excellence. At one o’clock this afternoon, there will be an event called, “Music Alone Shall Live: A Sing-A-Long Celebration” at 110 Humber Road. On Bayfm, Mike Payne spoke about this event which remembers Mr. G, a music educator and maestro who taught in Corner Book for five decades. Today’s event is free to attend with donations accepted for the Graham Academy Young Artist Bursary Fund.
