    Jonathan Walsh is the new COO of Qalipu First Nation

    As part of his new role, Jonathan will help grow their portfolio through guiding new business, partnerships, and initiatives that focus on the economic future of Qalipu First Nation.

    Jonathan Walsh is the new Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Qalipu Development Corporation (QDC). This after having served as the Chief Financial Officer Interim Chief Administrative Officer for the band (formerly Band Manager) last August. As part of his new role, Jonathan will help grow their portfolio through guiding new business, partnerships, and initiatives that focus on the economic future of Qalipu First Nation. Jonathan will transition into the role of COO once a new Chief Financial Officer is in place. Walsh says he "is honoured to take on this role and looks forward to supporting growth and opportunities for membership.”
