    Investigation continues after a fatal collision yesterday on Branch Road near Aspen Cove

    A 27-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene.

    A 27-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene of a single vehicle crash on Branch Road. At around  6:30 Sunday morning, Gander RCMP got a call about the collision near Aspen Cove. A passenger was taken to hospital with serious, potentially life-threatening injuries.

    A Collision Reconstructionist with RCMP Traffic Services attended the scene, and the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner is involved. The investigation into the cause of the crash is continuing.
