Tonight will be the third year for the House of Horrors in Corner Brook. It will take place at 4 Main Street across from the Esso gas station. Organizer Jade Lawrence says the doors will open 7 o’clock tonight, tomorrow night, and Thursday night. Lawrence says when this started, it was much smaller, but since they started, they’ve raised $40,000 for the Kids Eat Smart foundation. Animal House puts off this yearly event in support of the Kids Eat Smart breakfast program. Lawrence says this year’s event has 22 scenes and the tour lasts 15 to 20 minutes, depending on your level of bravery. She says each dollar donated is equivalent to the cost of providing breakfast for a child.
