Government has issued a call for proposals under the Newfoundland and Labrador Settlement and Integration Grants program. The program supports the social, economic and cultural integration of newcomers to the province. Priority will be given to projects that support the direct delivery of settlement services to newcomers, regardless of immigration status, and support labour market attachment and economic immigration. Organizations eligible for project funding include, non-profit organizations, post-secondary institutions, municipalities and indigenous governing bodies. All applications must be submitted by September 30th.
