Volunteers need to be at least 15 years old and have a recent code of conduct from the RNC. They are also looking for people who can speak french.

The NL Summer Games will return to where it all started here in Corner Brook in less than 30 days time. More than 1600 young athletes from all over the province, including Labrador and St. Pierre et Miquelon will compete in various sports. Sarah Parsons is the Director of Volunteers and Food Services, and says more volunteers are needed. She says volunteers need to be at least 15 years old and have a recent code of conduct from the RNC. They are also looking for volunteers who can speak french. Parsons says there is also a challenge out to businesses or organizations to enter a team of volunteers who can win a pizza party. There will be volunteer training sessions from 6-7 p.m. on July 22nd and the 26th.
