At around 10:15 p.m., a 24-year-old man failed a roadside screening test at a checkpoint in Pasadena. His license was suspended and the vehicle was impounded. Roughly 10 minutes, at another checkpoint, a 40-year-old man also failed a roadside screening test. He too had his license suspended and vehicle seized.
