From turning on the tap to taking a drive, Corner Brook Mayor says it all takes municipal governance

    Mayor Jim Parsons attended a symposium in Gander last week that was part organized through Municipalities Newfoundland and Labrador and says these meetings create the perfect opportunity to network.

    Mayor Jim Parsons attended a symposium in Gander last week that was part organized through Municipalities Newfoundland and Labrador. Parsons says these meetings create the perfect opportunity to network with other larger communities and hear what others are dealing with and compare notes. He says things we do in our normal everyday routine, like turning on the water or taking a drive, depends on municipal governance.
