Fresh off the heels of winning the ECMA’s Country Recording of the year for his album “Time Traveller,” Jason Benoit is committed to continue creating music that people want to hear. The Fox Island resident also won Music NL’s “Fan Choice of the Year,” and “Indigenous Artist of the Year.” Benoit says “Time Traveller” was the first album he ever co-produced. He says it’s the right time to produce music and recently dropped his newest album, called Deadwood, late last week. Jason Benoit will also perform later this month at an event at Our Lady of Mercy church in Port au Port.
