She says the theme this year is “reclaiming.” Sheppard says they will host a training webinar on Monday. NL Hydro issues power warning for Saturday morning
Newfoundland & Labrador Hydro has issued a power warning for the island, effective Saturday morning, January 24, due to ongoing conditions at the Bay d’Espoir hydroelectric plant and higher-than-normal electricity demand.

One ATV operator was uninjured, while the second operator – whose helmet came off during the accident - suffered serious injuries and was transported to hospital by emergency services personnel with NL Health Services.
