Eligibility levels have changed to include $10,000 increases to $42,500 for both the Provincial Home Repair Program and the Home Energy Savings Program, as well, a $5,000 increase to $51,500 for the Home Modification Program.
The NL Housing Corporation is boosting income eligibility levels for three programs to make it easier for more homeowners to afford necessary maintenance and upgrades. This includes $10,000 increases to $42,500 for both the Provincial Home Repair Program and the Home Energy Savings Program, as well, a $5,000 increase to $51,500 for the Home Modification Program. With these changes, it is estimated that more than 800 additional homeowners will be able to apply under these programs.
