64-year-old woman arrested in Roddickton after smoking pot in a parked vehicle

    The woman declined to provide a blood sample and was charged with failure or refusal to comply with a demand. 

    RCMP arrested a 64-year-old woman in Roddickton last weekend after getting a report she was smoking marijuana in a parked vehicle. Police say shortly after 2 p.m. on Saturday they located the vehicle on Majors Street. They also observed signs of cannabis use and found drug paraphernalia. The woman declined to provide a blood sample and was charged with failure or refusal to comply with a demand.
