Grenfell Campus has updated its VirtualGC portal with 21 virtual courses being offered this fall and 14 are fully online. This means some undergraduate courses can be taken from anywhere, by pretty much anyone. Saying, “Grenfell prides itself on offering a range of courses with options that appeal to a diversity of learners,” campus vice-president, Dr. Ian Sutherland, vice-president, noted the campus commitment to expanding access and flexibility. He says “VirtualGC showcases the vibrant range of courses available virtually, and we invite students and community members to participate from wherever they find themselves this fall!” Assistant Professor Erica Hurley says they welcome a range of learners to explore health and wellness from a variety of Indigenous perspectives.” While the course is currently full for community member registration, several student spaces remain open.
