Vicki Rose is the honorary patron for the upcoming Corner Brook Winter Carnival. As always, the carnival patron is announced during the annual Corner Brook Kinsmen Santa Claus Parade. Rose says she was surprised and feels very honored. She was chair of Winter Carnival in 2017 and says it’s always a busy and fun time. Corner Brook Winter Carnival is always held in February.
