Two lobster fishermen are being laid to rest in Lark Harbour today

    Funerals for both men will start 2 p.m. at St. James Anglican Church on Main Street in Lark Harbour.

    Funerals for the two lobster fishermen from Lark Harbour who lost their lives last Sunday are being held today. Trevor Thomas Childs and Nicholas Darryl Skinner were recovered by a fast rescue craft with the Canadian Coast Guard. A mayday call came in at 11 a.m. and the men’s bodies were later recovered in an area near Molly Ann Cove. Their boat had capsized. Funerals for both men will start 2 p.m. at St. James Anglican Church on Main Street in Lark Harbour.
