Two housing projects in Deer Lake get funding from both levels of government

    An 8-unit complex is in the works for the Wight’s Road Project valued at more than $954, 000. 

    A couple of new housing projects in Deer Lake are part of 26 across NL to share more than $44 million dollars in federal and provincial funding. This will go towards the construction of 280 new homes. One is a 6-unit building on Airport Avenue at a cost of slightly more than $397,000. An 8-unit complex is in the works for the Wight’s Road Project valued at more than $954, 000.
