There’s a “fireside chat” taking place in Corner Brook later today that is designed to foster connection, conversation and networking. It’s called the “Thriving Non-Profits Fireside Chats and Networking events,” and is part of the Social Innovation Community of Practice Series. Colin Corcoran is the CEO of the Community Sector Council of NL. He says it’s a partnership with MUN’s Centre for Social Entrepreneurship.
Corcoran says these fireside chats are designed to be informal, conversational, and reflective. (TNP participant organizations will share what they explored through the program, what they learned along the way, and what they’re thinking about next. It’s a great opportunity to learn from peers, exchange ideas, and connect with others navigating similar opportunities and challenges.
