Larry Foley is the front man for the group, “The Punters,” and recently came on Bayfm’s “Scoffs and Scuffs” for a chat. They’ve just released an album called, “30 Years On,” containing 16 tracks. Foley says music captured his attention at a very young age. He’s the lead singer and guitarist, and also one of the band’s founders. The album was released last month and Foley says it marks the traditional folk-rock band’s three decades of music.
