Just in time for the white stuff, there’s a ski and board swap at Marble Mountain this Saturday. Equipment can be dropped off between 9am and 12 pm at Marble Mountain’s main lodge. The event is hosted by the Marble Mountain Alpine Race Team and the Marble Mountain Snowboard club. Melissa MacDonald is with the Snowboard Club. She says they’ll open for the public to see what’s for sale during the afternoon. MacDonald says they’ll sell it for you and when it is sold, they will give you a call. Alpine Race team Board member Derek Hayden says there will be all kinds of gear available. Last year we even had Gortex jackets, helmets and goggles. It’s a great way to get gear at a reduced price.
