The winners of the Contest were Rosemary Parsons (under 12 years old) from Corner Brook and Emma Fitzpatrick (under 18 years old) from St. John’s.
The Office of the Child and Youth Advocate recently launched a Holiday Card Contest which received over 200 entries from young people here in the province. The winners of the Contest were Rosemary Parsons (under 12 years old) from Corner Brook and Emma Fitzpatrick (under 18 years old) from St. John’s. Child and Youth Advocate Linda Clemens Spurrell, says judging the entries was incredibly challenging with the amazing talent and creativity of young people.
