The RNC are still trying to find a missing man from St. John’s. Police say Joe WHELAN was last seen in the area of Windemere Road in the Goulds region August 1st shortly before midnight. The 31-year-old WHELAN is described to be about five feet and nine inches tall, 240 pounds, with black hair and green eyes.
