RCMP stop woman in Piccadilly doing nearly 90kms/hr over the speed limit

    She failed a roadside breath test and then blew more than twice the limit at the detachment.

    A 27-year-old woman was arrested early Friday evening after police clocked her doing nearly 90kms/hr over the speed limit in Piccadilly. RCMP Traffic Services West stopped her on Main Road for dangerous driving. She failed a roadside breath test and then blew more than twice the limit at the detachment. Police also found open liquor inside the vehicle, her car was impounded and her driver’s license was suspended. She has been charged with dangerous driving and impaired operation.
