A 23-year-old man who was ordered by the courts not to drive anything, was picked up for impaired operation in St. Anthony Tuesday night. Police conducted a traffic stop to confirm that the operator was a prohibited driver and observed that he was also exhibiting signs of impairment by alcohol.
The driver failed a roadside breath test and at the detachment, blew well over the legal limit. O’Donaghey says an order not to drive applies to anything with a motor. The man was released from custody and is due to appear in court at a later date.
