Plans to build a home bounded by the Humber River in Steady Brook gets environmental green light

    The land is currently developed with a mobile home, an existing driveway, and landscaping.

    Plans to build a one and a half-story dwelling on a residential lot in Steady Brook has been given the go ahead from government’s environment department. The property is located at 305 Marble Drive and is bounded to the north by the Humber River. The land is currently developed with a mobile home, an existing driveway, and landscaping. Construction would include installation of a sewer system and the excavation of the dwelling’s footprint. The project was registered with government on January 23rd and approved with conditions on March 9th.
