What started as a “Warm Line” for callers who felt isolated during the covid pandemic now has expanded to also offer evening services. She says the Warm Line started during the covid pandemic but it was needed long before. Alexander says it’s meant to be a safe space where people can feel a part of the community and they receive a variety of calls.
