In the past over, 4000 people visited farms across Newfoundland and Labrador and participated in Open Farm Day events.
The Newfoundland and Labrador Federation of Agriculture is excited about the awareness that will happen at NL Open Farm Day this weekend. It takes place on Sunday and four west coast farms are taking part. Public Trust and Marketing Coordinator Sara Power says it’s an opportunity to show trust in our local farmers and there will be different events at each farm.
