General Manager Richard Wells says even though season passes cost a little more this year, their Boxing Day ski pass sale was better than last year’s.

It will be another couple of weeks before skiers can take to the hills at Marble Mountain Ski Resort in Steady Brook. General Manager Richard Wells says they just need a little more snow. Even though season passes cost a little more this year, Wells says their Boxing Day ski pass sale was better than last year’s. The increase in pricing was due to a number of factors, including the enhancement and maintenance of facilities and infrastructure, the purchase of an excavator for mountain upgrades, a new state – of – the – art groomer,  and lodge decking enhancements. Wells says the Black Mariah Quad chair lift is finally ready to go after being unavailable for the past 4-5 seasons. Wells says they have a diverse range of special events, live entertainment, and après – skiing activities this season.
