Nominations are being accepted until the end of this month for the Greater Corner Brook Board of Trade Business Excellence Awards. Director Steve Churchill says there are ten categories for these awards; Customer Service, Rising Star, Employer of the Year, Qalipu Business of the Year, Business Hall of Fame, Excellence in Marketing, Local Impact, Youth Business of the Year, Excellence in Energy Efficiency and People's Choice.
Churchill says this is a great achievement and businesses gain a lot from the recognition by customers as well as the community. He says the Business Excellence Awards are handed out at a gala each year during Small Business Week in October. To nominate a business go to gcbbt.com or the Greater Corner Brook Board of Trade facebook page.
